MY SERVICES

EMDR
EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) supports the brain’s natural ability to heal from distressing experiences. When trauma or overwhelming stress is not fully processed, it can feel as though the event is still happening—emotionally and physically. EMDR helps reprocess these memories so they lose their intensity and no longer interfere with daily life.
Who Can Benefit from EMDR
EMDR is effective for children, adolescents, and adults, and can be helpful for:
-
Trauma and PTSD
-
Anxiety, panic attacks, and phobias
-
Depression and mood disorders
-
Grief and loss
-
Chronic illness and medical trauma
-
Dissociation
-
Eating disorders
-
Pain and somatic symptoms
-
Performance anxiety
-
Sleep disturbances
-
Substance use and addiction
-
Sexual assault
-
Violence and abuse

INDIVIDUAL THERAPY
Individual therapy is a space for reflection, growth, and healing. I approach this work with deep respect and care, and I am truly honored to walk alongside people as they navigate their inner world and life experiences. Supporting others in this way is meaningful to me, and I am committed to providing thoughtful, compassionate, and ethical care to every person I work with.
If you feel ready, I invite you to gently deepen your relationship with yourself. While beginning therapy can feel overwhelming, a guided and supportive telehealth setting allows for safe, intentional exploration at your own pace.
I work with youth, teenagers, young adults, adults, and Elders.
I offer Zoom counseling sessions throughout Washington State. For those in the Bellingham area, I also provide walk-and-talk sessions, integrating movement and connection to the outdoors into the therapeutic process.

YOUTH COUNSELING 7 +
I offer a safe, supportive space where children and teens feel understood and respected. With over 20 years of experience, I help young people build emotional skills, confidence, and resilience while navigating school, family, and social challenges. I care deeply about each child I work with and partner with families to support meaningful growth.

ANGER MANAGEMENT & DOMESTIC VIOLENCE PERPETRATOR COUNSELING
-court appointed or voluntary-
Struggling with anger or harmful behaviors can feel overwhelming—but change is possible. In this program, you’ll learn to recognize triggers, take responsibility, and develop real-life skills to manage emotions and build safer, healthier relationships.
I work with both voluntary and court-mandated clients, using structured, evidence-based approaches focused on accountability, skill-building, and lasting change.
